Alright, this is the MOST amazing gift I have ever received in my existence!
Back in the summer, DB and I would try to find four leaf clovers together as a game. We never found one together, and it pretty much drove us nuts.
So one day, I was doing some target practice (Yes, I am a sharp shooter with rifles) I was reloading my rifle, and looked down in the grass, and saw a beautiful four leaf clover all by itself. I got so excited, picked it and sent a picture of it to DB with my phone. About a half hour later, he sends me a picture of a four leaf clover that he found! But, it was a little wilted, and not in the best shape. So he told me he will find a better one for me. About 40 minutes later, I get another text with a picture of a perfect four leaf clover the size of the tip of my thumb. I was so happy. We had both found four leaf clovers on the same day for each other. It is one in 10 million, that two people find a four leaf clover, and are aquatinted with the other person. :oogle
I gave him mine, but he kept the one he found for me.
He then proceeded to tell me that I would not get it till Christmas and that he was doing something special with it. So on Saturday night, I received the most amazing gift ever:
Handmade by a jeweler clover locket...
It slides open and says "Te Amo Semper Fidelis"....Which means "I love you Always Faithful" From the USMC.
Then! You turn it around, and there is the four leaf clover in the back with glass over it. :wub
He designed it himself, and said he went to many jewelers asking for them to make this. But they said it was near to impossible.
The clover part was not even made into a mold either.
I just LOVE it! I am so blessed to have him in my life.
