Giant radar anomaly

I thought it's just a simple static glitch at first until I played the history and it's rippling at the edges. I live less than 300 miles from the anomaly.

I searched for similar images in google and found several others. All occurring in obscure places - those places where news coming out of them you probably won't believe is true or won't even catch your attention. Siberia, Cuba, India, Mexico and other Latin nations, and today, Philippines.

What anomaly? What is anomalous about it? What is your posted chart meant to tell me that relates to your claim? What is the character these other anomalous share? What evidence do you have that they do so?

In short, give me a reason to stay interested.

A big purple circle? Do you know how radars work? Its probably a flaw in the radar dish, a transceiver or something like that.
