Ghostly Photos

We live in a haunted house and often things turn up on photos that aren't there in reality. Has anyone else had this experience?

I attach a couple of photos. The first was of a face on the barn window in our field where visions of the Virgin Mary were reported in 1997. If I had actual seen that spooky visage I would have been 100 miles down the road, LOL!!! The second is a weird smoke effect in our lounge. We have never had a fire in the lounge, the amount of smoke in the photo had it been there in reality would have needed us to call out the fire service! We have many more such photos taken with different cameras.

Yeah I will have to admit that would freak me out, have you had any experiences in real life? I cannot get the second one to open. I have some photo's with what people call orbs but not nothing like this. Can you show us some more please.

If you pm me I will tell you where to look to see more photos. Our house is truly remarkable and we entertain about 4/5 ghostly houseguests who do the most amazing stuff. We have had several TV films made of our house and we were featured on the Discovery Channel.

for some reason i feel that its just camera tricks...here is a differnt sort of ghost like images in my picture that were non visible in real life. what it is is the light from the flash reflecting off of dust particls. not the same look but it could verywell be a similar issue.

Whatever haunts our house has nothing to do with demons, if they exist, which I doubt! Our house has a really friendly atmosphere and our ghostly houseguests are welcome.

I don't think what we experience is really supernatural, I suspect that it has a very natural origin, which science is likely to explain in the future.

Lovely image! People in the paranormal community usually refer to these things as orbs: I like you believe they are dust, but there are plenty of people out there who believe they are actually 'embryonic ghost manifestations'!

I made several Discovery documentaries on the subject myself Tagnefedd and also replied to your previous thread - if you have time do reply!

Those are nothing more than dust particles, as the poster of the image said. It turns up on a lot of my images, if I don't clean the lense.

However, I do not know of any way the smoke seen in the photographs could be accidental.

To be abscent in body is to be with Christ - and Christ is in the Spiritual realm. Not up above us floating in the clouds..

Just out of curiosity, what do you think Satan represents? If you doubt demons exist?

Satan is pure trickery. If you believe in God, you must believe in Satan. If you believe in Angels you must believe in demons.

No Absent from body present with the lord does not mean your spirit is floating around somewhere. The bible is very clear on that. I would advise you to get a bit more educated on the bible. When you die you go to heaven as a Christian believer.

"Being Friendly" is a trick of Satan.

Science will not "proove" this.....but the bibles definition makes sense.

More than likely it is just dust particals and bad cameras....but I would seriously rethink on your opinions of demons.

I think demons were invented to explain mental illness. I think science will come up with an explanation for what in inexplicable at present. The strange photos I have are nothing to do with dust particles the words and faces that appear are quite clearly defined.

Yes, but I don't live in a haunted house, nor believe that anyone else does.

That is most probably caused by a camera or flash malfunction. In the original post, the effect in the first picture looks similar to an effect when a friend of mine picked up his developed roll of fim. Somehow (I don't work in a darkroom, so I can't give details), his and someone else's pictures coincided, resulting in a picture of my friend's mantle, with a transparent stranger appearing to be standing in front. This effect can be explained on the television program "Ripley's Believe It or Not". Apparently, the same happened to someone else's picture as well.

Do you know how many times demons are referred to in the bible? Are you saying that Jesus made up the story of casting out demons? Like I said before you really need to research this from a biblical standpoint. Or is that some new age thing now, people claiming to be Christians do not have to refer to the bible? No matter what "denomination" you are in as a Christian as you put it believing in a "higher Power" based on the bible. I do believe bottom line most will agree, if you are dealing with "gosties" you are dealing with demons. No christian dies and does not go to heaven. Floats around somewere. It is absurd!

As I said before, I would be very afraid if I were you. This is no laughing matter. As Christians we are protected, but as sinners we are warned to constantly be aware of allowing ourselves to be open to this.

It's just funny how you believe that Ghosts that are friendly are not demons...

You have some sort of screwed up preconcieved idea that demons are always nasty. Thats the funny part.

Currently, it's not one day you'll find out who is right, it's more like...lets see who's being ignorant.

How dare you critise the Bible, for being a book of lies? For over 6000 years, God has given us enough to know about spirits, to tell you that they're dangerous.

I've been into many haunted houses, only to have the owner of the house say, ...looks like they're gone!

Just because you live in a house with Ghosts, does not mean they're not demons.

I don't think whatever 'haunts' our house is supernatural. As I have said before I think there is most likely a natural explanation if it is not a gigantic hoax. 200 hundred years ago or less the sort of things that are quite normal now, radio and microwaves for instance, would certainly have been thought of as supernatural.

When they saw mentally ill people they thought they were possessed by demons, modern psychiatry has taught us differently. I think the only demons that exist are those metaphorical ones in one's own mind!

You never said it, I know but look what you've said, it all adds up to you believing the Bible is full of lies. What did it mean,when Jesus said, a demon leaves a person and brings other demons worser than itself back into the person?
