Im getting towards end of myself now
On therapy waiting list which is 8 months
cant seem to get out of this
Thinking of wanting to do something, just to get help
Im so sick of this.

Just trust in God, because He says in His word that He will never give you anything more than you can handle... And you can do all things through Christ who strengthens you.

Phillipians 4:4-9 says:

I am praying for you that you will be able to focus on these things and feel God's peace in your life. I am praying that you will be able to meditate on these things and that the cloud of depression will lift for you and not make you feel so weighed down. &
