I think it would be amazing if a man had ring designed for me and had the design destroyed after it was made.Then my ring would truly be one of a kind.
I wouldn't do that. I'd consult with the GF regarding my ideas and seeking consensus, both the engagement and wedding rings. Get my sister who was considering becoming a jeweller to rough out the design and then ask a family friend who is a jeweller to make it.
To be clear, it wouldn't be entirely my design. It would be cooperative.

Okay... I'm missing something (nothing new). When did I get matched-up with Noodles? What thread am I missing?
And you guys... some of you are choosing that match-up, but you're also choosing Noodles and Ethnog. I don't swing that way, people. And I'm pretty sure Ethnog doesn't either. Now Noodles, I have no idea.
