Genesis 3:7 and children

In Genesis 2:25 Adam and Eve are sad to be naked and unashamed. After the fall, in Genesis 3:7, Adam and Eve become aware of their nakedness.
I have a young daughter (<1 year) that is unaware of her nakedness and seemingly unashamed. When she gets older and becomes more modest, is there a spiritual transformation happening? what are people's thoughts

I think Adam and Eve had a raiment (of light) like the angels that appear to our matriarchs and patriarchs, because we were without sin. When Adam and Eve sinned, I believe the transformation of realizing one's nakedness is two-fold. Since they ate from the tree of knowledge of good and evil instead of life, they felt shame while at the same time realizing they were physically naked since their raiment dropped.

In the apocrypha, Adam references himself as being of [literal] brightness when he reminisces on being in Eden. Having said all of that, the spiritual transformation probably happens at the pubescent stage, or whenever one is taught about [the good and bad of] nakedness.

If you believe that Adam and Eve were the only two human beings on the face of the earth and neither had ever seen another human being (especially one wearing clothing), why is it surprising that they were unaware that they were "naked"??

It has to do with the nature of the sin....If you believe they ate a piece of fruit,you won't understand it.....

Even the child is still in the mother's womb. The course of sin is already there.

As your daughter grows older she will begin to recognize her nakedness and will not want her friends (and strangers) to seek her naked, or see her underwear, etc. It's a natural progression I've noticed with my four children. She'll also likely begin to tell lies to hide anything naughty she does. No one has to teach her how to lie, it comes natural. So does rebellion, and telling you "NO!" when you ask her to do something.

I think most people have a hard time believing in "original sin" until they have kids

I'd attribute the change to cultural formation than anything intrinsic in human nature. It's nurture, not nature.
