I agree .plants for food ,,not burnt and it's toxic fume inhaled.(yes I was a heavy user)
But it does not make people free so they are not free by using it. It enslaved them by its use
I've never felt like a slave to cannabis. I actually just posted a detailed reply about cannabis addiction. The smartphone is a different story, especially when I get on these forums.

I think it must be legalized but controlled because the fight against it has been lost and can never be won. Like tobacco or alcohol etc. But of course addiction to marihuana is a brain-killing disease. Again, same as tobacco or alcohol use. But humankind lives with those two deadly destructory substances.
I just posted a reply about cannabis addiction right above this post, if you'd like to check it out. Did you know that the U.S. government, still to this day, calls cannabis "marihuana". That is actually the name that is listed on the Controlled Substance Act. The reason why is because "marihuana" is a Mexican slang term for cannabis. Americans have never been to fond of the Mexicans, and the government uses that it's advantage. I'm not sure if you know the history of how cannabis became illegal all over the world, but it started right here in America, because a few states wanted to get rid of Mexicans. Racism and fear are great ways to grab people's attention and create a problem that never existed.

Cannabis is plant. Marihuanna (dried top of plant) and gashish (spores) are drugs or products. We call marihuanna as "anasha" n my language. It's native plant of my country Kazakhstan, then it spread globally much later. Natural original habitat - Chuiskaya Valley of Shymkent province in my country. I worked in church based rehabilitation centre of drug addicts. Marihuanna is very dangerous narcotic

Ok, on my behalf it doesn’t really matter. In generally I think everything can be ok, if there is really good reason for it. I just don’t see any good reason for using cannabis. And I think critical thing in Biblical point of view is, what controls man. If cannabis doesn’t rule man, it is probably not bad in Biblical point of view. And same is with everything else that is from this world. I think disciples of Jesus (“Christians”), should go by these:

All things are lawful for me," but not all things are expedient. "All things are lawful for me," but I will not be brought under the power of anything.
1 Corinthians 6:12

"All things are lawful for me," but not all things are profitable. "All things are lawful for me," but not all things build up."
1 Corinthians 10:23

You know, a lot of people actually use those verses (and others from Paul) to say it's "okay" to use cannabis. I don't use it because I don't believe all things are lawful. As a disciple of Yeshua, and as a believer in YHVH, I don't believe it's lawful to eat swine. I'm not sure how you feel about it, but I find it ironic that so many christians insist that cannabis is bad, while they eat, and literally love, their bacon. God gave us a very detailed dietary law, and He made sure to cover everything that He does not allow us to consume. But there isn't a plant anywhere to be found in the Law. Even if God had abandoned His Law, I think we can all agree that whatever it says is the absolute best thing for us.

Surely God knew what He had made, and He knew that there was a completely harmless, non-poisonous, non-addictive plant that would affect our mind in unique ways; yet He doesn't mention it. For this reason, the Jewish community has recognized cannabis as "kosher", and they recognize it's medicinal properties as a compassionate (and free because it's a plant) means of helping many people in the world for a ridiculously long list of symptoms and diseases.

No one tells like a slave when they serve what they love.. Cannabis is pleasing to the flesh.it's use is pleasing and thus serving the flesh.

If you don't mind me asking, what are some of the problems you see that cannabis users are experiencing? For example, what sort of withdrawal symptoms do they display?

It seems unfortunate to me that there is a land where cannabis has been growing naturally long, long, long before it ever became illegal, and the governments are putting so much money and effort into destroying it.

It seems Kazakhstan has been experiencing a growing opioid problem, especially with heroin. I'm not sure if your news talks about this sort of thing, but one of the major medicinal uses of cannabis is chronic pain. In fact, it is so effective that in states where it has been legalized, more people are dropping their prescription opioid medications for cannabis, and these states have seen up to a 25% reduction in opioid induced deaths. In fact, Maine is considering adding cannabis as a prescription to combat opioid addiction, and many centers have opened up that use cannabis to help people end their addiction.

If you were to entertain the idea that maybe cannabis isn't as bad as they say, how do you feel about using that money and those resources to help heroin addicts, rather than to destroy a plant that possibly began it's origin in Kazakhstan on the third day of creation?

Are you saying that all things pleasing to the flesh are evil? Such as a sweet apple, a piece of chocolate, a cup of warm coffee, exercise, reading, and laughter?
