Rep. Senator Grassley who supervises the Department of Justice more or less alleges what I'm saying in the OP, except the FBI went out of it's way to turn a blind eye in 2020 so as not to throw the election. They basically did what partisan journalist/propagandists did. Wow this is worse and the reverse of what Comey did to Trump. Rather than going on a fishing expedition they were given a bunch of information by whistleblowers that was either verified or verifiable and they deliberately sat on it to not throw the election.

ASAC Thibault closed the matter and also took action to try to prevent it from ever being opened again?

I think a Supreme Court Justice should be judged on how they interpret the law, not how they relate to low income single moms which you have no way of judging.

In all reality should they not be standing up for what is "just"?

I think they should follow the Constitution and not a political persuasion. Popular opinion or demonstrations and protests should have no affect on their decisions.

Both parties have been appointing justices that lean to their agenda... when they have the opportunity.
