Most likely will be a sequel to Comey's investigation of Hilary concerning her emails and special server. All the paperwork being filed on that was buy the book, showing charges of criminal negligence being filed against Hilary. Criminal Negligence is defined as, "conduct where a person ignores an obvious risk or disregards the life and safety of those around him. Both federal and state courts describe this behavior as a form of recklessness. The negligent person acts significantly different than most people would under similar circumstances."

But Comey invented a brand new category to not have to charge Hilary with something that would have completely nuked her political career as well as made he have to defend herself from being imprisoned. Rather than prosecute her for the statute of criminal negligence he invented a new category of "Extremely careless" and the rest is history. Hilary however was not happy that there was a pantomime investigation conducted, because that little bit of bad press did cost her at the poles. She after all is American royalty and should be allowed to do what she pleases with no repercussions whatsoever.


So will history repeat itself..... Or will this event be an opportunity to discard an unfavorable card, for another that is bad but maybe a notch better than the Joker on the board?

I saw the "mountain" of evidence that he instructed the people at his rally to demonstrate peacefully and respect the police. So yeah -- I guess that mountain is being 'ignored'.

I saw the mountain where he tried to get troops stationed in D.C. to keep the peace and make sure the entire protest was by the book peaceful.

I saw the mountain where he tried to get cities across America to accept help with maintaining law and order during BLM rioting and autonomous zone 'take overs'.

So yeah - we so those "mountains"

And so for "this thread" we have the "mountains of evidence" that facts uncovered regarding Hunter's laptop were not merely "Russian propaganda" -- no matter that a half dozen or so of our own spy agency chiefs swore it was merely "propaganda from Russia - to be faithfully ignored" .

Might be "instructive" to find out who put them up to that now-totally-debunked narrative spin for the American public during an election year. Where they "trying to influence a presidential election"???

Then why hasn't anyone brought charges? If they have all this evidence then by all means charge the man with something. Has he not been charged because then he would be able to defend himself? Or is it because the Democrats have realized Trump is the candidate they have the best chance against and they really don't want to stop him from running again?

Always interesting when folks can never deal with the topic at hand. It is not like we haven't heard Russia Gate and similar things for the last 6 years (This includes stull like "Jan 6 is the worst attack ever on our Democracy!" something that is obviously both prima facie and empirically false! ).

Thye appear to be trying to limit the scope of risk to "tax violations" and "lying about buying a gun".

Senator Grassley who supervises the Department of Justice more or less alleges what I'm saying in the OP, except the FBI went out of it's way to turn a blind eye in 2020 so as not to throw the election. They basically did what partisan journalist/propagandists did. Wow this is worse and the reverse of what Comey did to Trump. Rather than going on a fishing expedition they were given a bunch of information by whistleblowers that was either verified or verifiable and they deliberately sat on it to not throw the election.

Yeah I almost ran a thread on the non-Christian current events board talking about a Washington post article from a day or two ago begging Biden to drop out after the midterms, not even serve his full term. There was an earlier New York Times article begging to make it official that he was a one term candidate, and let someone else run.

If he doesn't I think the media will turn on him. The allegations of corruption will start to be reported and questions about his cognitive abilities.

I hope he finishes his term for no other reason than the possibility of President Kamala Harris.
