Gardening forum?

if not a christian books forum, then a gardening forum?

I cant believe you dont even have one. Im sure christians dont talk politics and theology all the time.

I like that idea. I went off looking for a gardening forum (off CF) yesterday. I'm sure there are plenty of us who have an interest. Being able to talk about things we hold in common (when theologically we might have differences) and being able to help one another is a good medicine for promoting goodwill between the brethren too.

People have started Gardening threads in there. I've also seen some in the Christian Preppers as well as the Life Stages forums.

Why cant we have our own?

I dont like christian preppers or the outdoor one the first is too political and the second is too general.

Hunting and fishing and camping is NOT gardening.

I think a Home & Garden sub-forum would be nice. It can be for home renovating, decor, cleaning tips, gardening, landscaping, etc.

I like that too. That's where most of my outside interests lie, and I seek those off-CF. But as a grouped interest, home and garden makes more sense, imo, than lumping gardening in with outdoor sports, camping, and the like.

And yes, landscaping and home decor, for example, are pretty much diametrically opposed to Christian preppers.

I cant do gardening threads in life stages as gardenng is for all ages. Old and young. Also the one i started i cant even post in anymore cos of a ban!


Also i dont feel comfortable posting in christian preppers because i dont agree with all of the statement of purpose for that one even though gardening is a big part of it.

And the outdoor activites forum yea the gardening threads are lost in that.

We need a special garden forum like the israelites needed the promised land.
