I guess I am getting one for my b-day, which is in Feb!
So I was wondering some things:
1. What are some good games? I have some on my list already, what do you recommend?

2. Do you need memory cards, or can u save games in other methods?

3. How is the controller? I have seen the controllers and they look like a jet fighters dashboard!!! aka too many buttons. Is it easy to adapt to a gamecube controller?

4. Does gamecube have multi-taps?

5. Why are the discs so small? lol

I'm fond of the Midway Arcade Treasures collections. Soul Calibur II is pretty fun, too. And I've been playing Paper Mario 2 since it came out...

Soul Calibur II is good! Easy but good! But Im getting a Xbox this week, GameCube is kinda getting a bit kiddy to me! And they dont have any Decent RPG's!!!!

I dont think Gamecube is getting kiddy I think it is getting more mature with the resident evil games, metroid prime 2 and more.

1. Ones that we've tried with I recommend:
Zelda: Wind Walker
Bloody Roar
Pikmin
Mario Party 5 or 6
Spyro! (Any Spyro! I love Spyro! )

We don't like sports games so we haven't tried any. I would aso give a cautious recommendation for Star Fox - most of the game is fun and cool, but the ending is so totally lame it ruined the game for me.

You made me go check that they were Gamecube. They are.

Spyro: A Hero's Tail and Spyro: Enter the Dragonfly. Love 'em both.

Also, while I was checking on that, I found another game I forgot to mention: Godzilla: Destroy All Monsters. I love that game... But I love Godzilla, so there might be a connection. ^.^

I like Spyro too. But I get them for the PS2 so I was surprised when I heard they were for the GC.
