Ah, the common misconception of what is meant by the term literal. That is why I don't use that term anymore. What we mean is that we take the Bible to mean what the author originally meant to say. Just like any other book. Context is all important, literary context, grammatical context, and historical context. The Song of Songs (or Solomon) is poetry, therefore, this picture, meant to poke fun at literalists, is absurd. Poetry is figurative language. Duh. That said, it is a funny picture, even though it's based on a misunderstanding. I'd have to be honest and say I probably wouldn't go out with a woman that looked like that.
