Fun Song Dressup Contest!!!

Here is my contribution to the contest, and I am ready for my screenshot.
I wear red/orangy red, the color of love and fire. It is a bold and strong color.

I have chosen the song ''You raise me up'' with the Norwegian composer of this song (at the piano, and his name is Rolf Løvland) and other members of his Norwegian/Irish band ''Secret Garden'', the solo singer Brian Kennedy, and the London Gospel Choir.

This song reminds me of that JESUS raises me up when I fall or feel down.
I have included an eagle in my pic, as I think of this Bible verse
''but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.'' - Isaiah 40:31.

Yes, it's a beautiful song, and performed so wonderfully. Thanks for sharing it, Unnie, as I hadn't heard that song before. My kids know it, though, as I was telling them about it and they began singing it. I loved watching the composer at the piano, being a pianist myself. I noticed that he moved with the music as I do lol and he was so caught up in the way the young man was singing his song. Superb when one's song is performed so well by another.

Thanks so much for the birthday greetings and for entering this contest. Your character looks really lovely and yes, I do remember that song. I was quite a fan of Abba back in the day. My grandpa absolutely loved Fernanado when that song came out and it was such a huge hit over here in NZ. I think my favourite song by Abba is SOS.

Lately, I have had some probs changing but at least not with it getting "hung" like I was. (I had to change accounts over that one!) Now it just seems like sometimes it won't "save" it, but I have found if I just do again, it will take it. But sometimes I've had to do it 2-3 times to get it to "save."

By the way, clever idea for what you were already wearing, missm!

Yes, I find that I can edit my avatar ok, and then click save, at which point it goes all blank, kaykay. But if I open another window I find that it did get saved.

I did read somewhere that some folk just create another character right over the top of the current one if it's stuck. I don't know if that still works, though.

I hope so. We had over 3 inches of rain here yesterday. It's only 60 degrees right now and they are saying it will get in the low 70's.
