I'm just going to be blunt. I'm not sure if the Lord wishes for me to be visiting CF for a while. I get a joy out learning things I never knew about our Faith, but it has almost at the same time become like an addiction. I enjoy trying to teach others what it is we believe, rather than the falsehoods they have been taught about the Catholic Faith, but sometimes I get so wrapped up in the discussion that I forget about everything else.
I don't attend a private school, so I have never had a chance to REALLY learn anything about ANY religion. I actually spend more time on this message board soaking up information and typing, than I do homework, which is a bad thing considering the workload I have for some of my classes.
Right now, I feel as if God is telling me that I need to start getting my priorities rearranged and that I need to start working harder in my classes. I know that when I go to college, I'm going to be taking as many theological classes as I possibly can. So maybe that will be the time I get to actually enjoy learning? I can honestly say that I have found no greater joy than in reading the information about our Faith that I never and seeing it applied and getting to apply it in my life.
I may be coming back, I may not be. I'll probably be visiting every now and then though if I feel compelled to.
I'm going to spending a good part of my Monday on the 19th contemplating my life and being in front of our Lord while our parish allows adoration of our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament.
Thank you once again and please keep me in your prayers.
