what book are you at? (or what episodes have you seen?) i'm around book 19 (and i've seen all the episodes) so i don't want to give away too many spoilers, but no, akii-sama isn't the rooster. the rooster's kureno-san.

phew.....im glad akito isn't the rooster. IM only going on book 11. and ive seen up to episode 14.

I only seen one episode and a few anime music videos, I really love what I seen. I hope to have time to watch more fruits basket it. I read some of the manga. The only anime I offically finished watching is Chobits, I'm almost done with Love Hina, but I plan on watching it all over again because I like it so much.

phew.....im glad akito isn't the rooster. IM only going on book 11. and ive seen up to episode 14.

book 11 reveals which zodiac sign akii-sama is (if you can even call it a zodiac sign....) but in book 17 an even bigger secret about akii-sama is revealed. thanks to 17 akii-sama's now my favorite character (but aya-san's still a close second). spextrumnexus has translated scans all the way through ch 105.

Fruits Basket is my favorite. Akito is the leader of the Sohma clan and he takes the core of the Sohma curse since birth. The rooster is Kureno Sohma and he was now freed from the curse.

I done with anime, and reading the manga. I really like yuki, and kyo, for some reason I don't care for tohru, she seems too nice.
