I was in a building. A normal run-of-the-mill office type building: Glass facades, large open "square" in the entrance, etc.
If I remember correctly, I suddenly realized I needed to sound the alarm, so I rushed over and did, and then took cover behind...it must have been a column or something, it was not quite big enough to cover all of me.
The building was then "attacked", and I say "attacked" because it literally WAS a group of people who stormed into the building.....but only YELLED "bang! BANG!" while holding invisible rifles. You know - the way children sometimes play.
Well, I tried to take cover, and "return fire" in the same way, anyway.
I knew it was a drill, and wasn't "for real", but still took cover.
Why we'd schedule a drill of a military-style assault on the building, I do not know.
The next thing I remember, is that the "enemy" is gone, and I'm over in a corner of the room, I think.
Out comes a girl who is probably supposed to be a medic, because she runs over to me and says: "You'll just get a glass syringe", before she pierces my skin with a needle (supposedly made of glass, but I didn't see that), and I cry out in "pain".
Her reaction is that of someone who's singularly unimpressed; and also slightly condescending, as she said: "I guess it hurt anyway", and as I didn't want to lose face in front of her, I said: "Or maybe I'm just a good actor?". I also cannot remember it hurting, but I don't know if you CAN feel pain in dreams....
She doesn't say anything, but tries to help me up on my feet....and that's where I wake up.
