If that is what it is it's nothing to worry about. Seems someone thinks Russia wants a nuclear weapon to use to shoot down satellites.

I get nervous too when I read things like this in the news. The Most Holy Theotokos is the Champion General, there are accounts of her intercessions to God thwarting nuclear war in the past multiple times. May her prayers help us in these times as well, I'm sure they are.
