Free will baptists forum

i notice the baptist forum is getting contentious and want to suggest that there be maybe some kind of subforum for the reformed ones to go to because they believe they are 'the elected' apart from the free will ones.

I dont like to see theological arguments all the time on the baptist forum. If people want to debate they have general theology forums or the confessional, covenantal one to go to...
Those who are new baptists and christians are getting mighty confused. We ought to be likeminded with Christ but theres clearly a kind of division and a house divided cannot stand.

Dont worry I just posted a thread on this and see if people respond or not. Out of their own free will.

I was a bit concerned that people would think baptists are like this exclusive group that was already 'chosen' but it seems to be an issue with only a few rogue posters. The statement of faith needs more clarity I think. I like the why I am a baptist link.

...its pretty bad. I am stuck with calvinists and they imposing their doctrines on other baptists who just believe the bible, not what calvin says of it.

This is really annoying. They are obviously different and ought to go post in the calvinist or presbyterian forum. Or reformed forum.

They are the ones who constantly insert their own views on the free will baptiats, dismissing the choice which is ours to make of following Jesus.

i belong to a baptist church and dont want that to be confused with calvinism.
