I love American politics, but you guys have a huge problem with the Communist news media who influences the American voters with lies and deceit, knowing they have to influence the political middle path American people to get the socialist leftists to rule.

They're just doing their job reporting on what people who are actually lying are saying; like the Dutch reporters calling out Piet Hoekstra (see what I did there), US ambassador to the Netherlands when he lied about "no go zones" in the Netherlands.

Even more witnesses who were with the President on that occasion came forward today, including General Kelly's aide, to say that President Trump never said what was alleged. So that's about a dozen of them who were in a position to know.

I think this is a bit oversimplified. First, the aide can only speak to what he heard when he was in the room with Trump and, from what I know of how things work, an aide would seldom be in a room with the President and his boss -- instead he'd be off doing the work he was assigned to do by his boss. In fact that is the problem with most of the "witnesses" -- how many were in the room the entire time and heard everything?

None of these "witnesses" stepping forward talk about who was in the room at any given time, how much of that day they were in the room with the President, or even what the President did say about Belleau Wood. If they were truly witnesses, we'd be hearing exactly what the President did say; not that they didn't hear the President say anything.

Second, the Belleau Wood is only a portion of the Atlantic article. I find no one, that I've heard, has commented on what happened at Arlington National Cemetery (though I could have missed it). Even if the anonymous source used for the comments at Belleau Wood is mistaken, or lying, it does not mean the source used for Arlington National Cemetery is wrong. At best, half the article is wrong -- but again, if these people who went to France are truly witnesses, why are they only offering flat denials and not any details of what the actual events were?

She did talk incessantly about Trump/Russia, but any time i watched her (i watch Fox, MSNBC, CNN, and OAN, and BBC, to see what different outlets are saying and what narratives they push), she caveated any claims. I never once heard her say anything to the effect of "Trump definitely colluded with Russia". She probably referred to the Trump Tower meeting as "collusion" (which it was), and she probably made positive claims about Manafort colluding with Russia (which he did), but please, provide your evidence of her 3 solid years of "Trump definitely colluded with Russia". If she did, in fact, do this, evidence will be ample and easy to provide.

The facts relating to Trump and Russia are:

Russia influenced the election. GOP Senate agrees with this analysis.

Russia had multiple contacts with Trump administration. There is no denying the objective reality.

Multiple members of Trump's campaign lied about their contacts with Russia.

Trump lied about his business dealings with Russia during his campaign.

Trump openly asked for Russian interference on live TV ("Russia, if you're listening..."). Russia acted within hours of that request.

There is no crime called "collusion". The Mueller Report didn't look into "collusion", they looked into criminal conspiracy.

What the Mueller Report found was that Russia worked to help Trump win the election (impact unknown), and that the Trump organization welcomed any such actions on their behalf.

Since becoming President, Trump has:

- repeatedly advocated for positions which are in line with Russian foreign policy goals.

- had many private conversations with Putin with no other US officials privy to the conversation.

- sided with Putin over US intelligence agencies on the world stage.

Sorry but this is a bit silly, there were massive differences between the fascist regimes in Germany and Italy and the Soviet communist regime, both in practical terms and ideologically. All you're doing is pointing to commonalities between authoritarian regimes and concluding that their ideologies must be the same.

If you knew the history of that time and particularly the rise of Hitler and the Nazis you'd know that Bolshevism was the number one enemy they identified and targeted. The early days of the Nazi party were largely comprised of opposing and often street fighting against the German communists, who were later practically wiped out as the Nazis assumed control.

The French revolution, just like the later Russian revolution was a result of a small ruling class hoarding power and resources to such a degree that the normal citizens were pushed to breaking point. People will tolerate a lot of deprivation, but when those with wealth and power allow the people to starve and suffer while themselves basking in plenty then you sow the seeds of revolution.

The American revolution was itself the result of a distant ruling class imposing punitive taxation on a people that felt they had no representation.

Nationalism is almost never a cause of popular uprising. People revolt over their living conditions not over some high minded ideal of the state. Sometimes that's in the form of a lack of freedom, more usually bad working conditions or a lack of food, or oppressive practices by the state. What causes the confusion is that often those revolutions use nationalistic terminology to create a unified movement among the disaffected.

When people talk about socialism in the modern era, it has nothing to do with ideology per se, it is a social movement to restore the balance between those that hold power and wealth and everyone else. If you think everyone should have a right to a decent working wage and working conditions, adequate healthcare provision and the right to representation in government then you're already a socialist, and would certainly have been denounced as one (using whatever term was popular at the time) for most of human history.
