Buddhism is all about conquering pain and suffering. Maybe watch a video about the prince who left his palace to find the answer to suffering. This is Buddha and he came up with an answer. There is no God.never heard that before what do you mean by suffering was the buddha's biggest complaint?

There's hope!and realized that wasn't a wise move.
Not sure what you mean by a black pill but I will say that Siddhartha Gautama developed a flesh driven way to conquer suffering. This is why the OP is asking how it can be possible that Jesus Christ of Nazareth had to shed blood (suffer) in order to pay for our sins. It does not compute in Buddhism. What a blackpill.
Actually according to Buddhism he reached enlightenment. He did this under a tree.Well he did go into a cave to seek spiritual understanding by fasting on one grain of rice and urine but he got so thin almost died and realized that wasn't a wise move.

Aren't most popular statues of Buddha fat? Honestly asking.when he came out of the caves that he spent a lot time in, yes the enlightenment it wasn't wise to starve yourself.
if it wasn't then many Buddhist would be paper thin.

That sounds delicious.here is how the enlightenment happened, the daughter of the local village headman, spontaneously made him an offering, a bowl of sweetened rice cooked in condensed milk. It was this meal that gave Siddhartha the strength to sit under the Bodhi tree and awaken
That sounds delicious.
Where did the abundance come from if not suffering?the fatness is a representation of abundance from what i have read.
@BeyondET , the rice that Buddha ate was provided for him by the death and decay of animals and the sweat and toil of humans and beasts.Where did the abundance come from if not suffering?
Yes the OP is Buddhist. We are in the Christian seeker forum so I believe it is good to point out the other sides point of view or belief in relation to Christianity. Is the OP Buddhist?
Blackpill=doomer. Without God we wouldn't have this convo. All that is left is the void, not even the void bc the void is a nothing in contrast to something.
Where did the abundance come from if not suffering?
The rice didn't come from heaven, did it? If it came from the earth, it was produced ala suffering.no it was his choice to do so, a choice that wasn't wise.
Ah. Yes. I see. Hi! to the OP. Welcome! @TellyontellyonYes the OP is Buddhist. We are in the Christian seeker forum so I believe it is good to point out the other sides point of view or belief in relation to Christianity.
Jesus said:
“This, then, is how you should pray:
Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name,
your kingdom come,
your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us today our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one."
He tells us simply to forgive.. no price has to be paid... we just let go.
But, for salvation, this view that in order to forgive, someone's blood must be spilt...
Why can't God simply let go and forgive... simply let go of the 'debt' as Jesus instructed.
