I never said that. I'm just saying, the questions have not been directed at you.
I don't know if you know this or not, but asking a person a question on an Internet forum makes said question susceptible to being answered by those who are not the intended target.

And still... I want to see what their answer is, not yours, since yours are already well known and are repeated by you, ad nauseum, on practically every thread you participate on in this sub-forum.

... what?
Atheists get married, celebrate Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

I'll bet one or two even put up a Christmas tree!

They put BC and AD on their dates (or used to), and even blame the weather on a transgender Jesus.

Oh ... okay.

Go ahead, Buzzard, and answer the question.

How would you show that?

You could discover another means by which proteins are altered from generation to generation.

Or perhaps you could demonstrate that changes in hox genes don't change morphology. And you could do this by genetically engineering and organism with altered genes that somehow has the same morphology as an original control subject.

Disproving evolution by mutation and natural selection is like disproving the idea that the sun is hot. Theoretically there are ways to do it, but in a practical sense it's essentially already proven. At this point, the only thing that can really be done is that we can add on to the theory. We can't really disprove the idea that mutations result in changes to morphology, Because it's already proven. But we can look at things like areas of a genome that are more susceptible to mutations than others, or things like this that demonstrate that there is more to the theory than just mutations alone.

And of course this is already the case, which is why most scientists don't technically believe in "Darwinian" evolution, rather these days it's referred to as "the modern synthesis", but in lay terms we just call it evolution.

By the way, you aren't expecting me to change my answers are you?

Why wouldn't I repeat my answers?

Ah, yes, the Western world is very much steeped in religious events and things that it really does make it hard to step away from them because they are so ingrained in our culture. But that's cultural, not religious.

BC and AD are better than BCE and CE, I will definitely say. They roll off the tongue a lot better.

... did I say that you should change or stop repeating your claims?

Look at what I said: I don't want the answers from you. I want Buzzard to answer them.

The Catholic Church teaches that atheism is the last great heresy of mankind. The "religion" of atheism is evolution.

I think that there is also a difference between an ontological naturalism and the theory of evolution. Lots of Christians accept evolution. Including the Catholic church.
