I have been throwing up at least once a day because I felt so guilty after binging on chocolate biscuits. I know that three weeks isn't a long time but I have started noticing the effects already - bloating, bowel problems, teeth sensitivity, drier hair, and spottier skin. I feel so gross and it has really been making me feel exhausted and weak. I didn't throw up today or yesterday, it just is too damaging to my health..yes I still get tempted but I know that I won't anymore because it isn't good for me.
