For my son

17 years ago today my son was born and 17 years ago today he received the damage to his brain that still affects his life today. I always find today a difficult one to get through! Some prayers for my son, that he might, despite his difficulties, be happy and independent, would be greatly appreciated.

I pray that you would use all this pain to result in good - that they would both get great spiritual strength as a result, and you would use them to help others. I ask that you would make him happy and independent. And I pray that You would place Your healing hands on the son, according to Your will and Your timing. Dear God, I thank you for this woman's son's life. I thank you that he has lived 17 years, and we pray for more years in the name of Jesus. You said ask, and it will be given onto you, if we ask in complete faith. God I believe that you can do all things and will answer our prayer. I pray that this womans son will live a happy and independent life, in Jesus Name. Do this we, we ask in faith. IF any faith is lacking, strength us Lord by your Spirit.

Dear Cat,

My heart goes out to you!

I prayed for you and for your son. The Lord will never abandon you nor your son. Pray to the Lord for your son that He will always put people in his life and until the end of his life who will love him and take lovingly care of him. Just ask and trust in Jesus. Jesus provides for everything for His children, everything! For your beloved son, He will certainly provide wonderful people to take care of him for the rest of his life! You are God's child, dear Cat, you are His and belong to Him! He takes care of you and He will take care of your son always (because you are His!) if you place your trust in Him for that and everything else!

I can't imagine the pain you're in, sweetie, it must be undescribable but Jesus has suffered on the Cross for every pain and suffering imaginable, please take your pain to the Cross and He will comfort you and see you through it! It's easier said than done, I know, but go with faith one step at a time, one day at a time, one minute - even one second - at a time!

Let Jesus hug you and let me hug you!
