As far as I know there has not yet even been a single case where this happened to just one person. Not even over a period of time let alone overnight.

Yet the common lizard does this with its tail. A starfish does it in spades and when cut into pieces becomes several starfish.

I say to you that there are people alive today who will see men regrow arms, not overnight but over the period of a few months.

Will we then worship the team who first achieves this? I doubt I will be alive to see this, but I do not consider it even close to impossible in my lifetime.

Fair point. Describing that specific phenomenon as "impossible" is probably not accurate in an absolute sense. But the act of it happening today and spontaneously and completely coupled with a specific request to a specific deity might be enough.

In reality there is no such thing as a godless universe as even atheists agree man has made up gods for many reasons I also believe when a man who doesn't believe in a god, makes themselves one in reality.
This causes a conundrum in that either you have an outside god that isn't a living person that you ascribe rules for right and wrong to and agree in making that person in that respect "rule" over you or you have to pick others to be "gods" in ways either minor like elected officials or major like dictators and kings and emperors. When you start to reject other men's (gods) rules then you have to transfer their morality decisions back to yourself or another if you still have no outside source. I've found that nobody living is perfect and many are rather illogical that end up in power over us (gods in some ways).
I believe God has given us rules, but he allows us a choice to obey his rules or obey someone else's rules (including themselves). Now you can decide where rules of right and wrong come from and how to sift through all the gods (including yourself) to decide who is god, to choose there isn't a god for you, makes you essentially your own god.

Meh, that just seems like watering down the definition of "god" to the point that it's meaningless. We all know what we're really talking about here. An omnipotent, omnibenevolent deity that cares about you and me personally.

Lol, no the burden of proof is in the scientists. If their theorys aren't convincing, why would I believe they got it right? That's illogical. I don't deny science because science is only what can be tested repeatedly and proven in this present time. I told you before, they can't even get the little details history of 200 years ago correct, so you expect me to believe they know what happened 13 billion years ago?
Why would I believe what I can not see? You should understand that!

And the scientists have amply met that burden. That is why evidence has been presented. All you had in response is denial. And yes, you are a science denier. When evidence is presented to you hand waving does not counts as a refutation. When all one has is denial that person is a science denier. When a person refuses to learn what is and what is not evidence that person cannot claim to be a skeptic. Again, that person can only be a science denier.

And no, your definition of what science is and how it is done is incorrect also. You are using the false definition of creationists and fringe groups do not get to define the terms that they do not understand or like.

So what would you like to discuss first? The scientific method or the concept of evidence? If you refuse to discuss the concepts that you do not understand you only confirm my claim of being a science denier.

Here is a simplified flow chart of the scientific method. Do you see anything there about science being limited to "the present time" there?

I'm quite aware of the basic scientific method.
You constantly brush off my very real reservations about any theorys about ancient history. I find that dishonest. When a scientific theory has been proven wrong again and again, one might want to come up with a new model to fit the evidence into... but you all have fun.
