Health is very important for human. these are sane tips for good health. Do Swimming daily, Drink lots of water, Do not eat oily Foods, Drink plenty of green tea, Eat lots of fruit, preferably before your meals.
Well, some oily foods are good for people, like real butter and coconut oil and olive oil. For those of us with adrenal weakness, tea may be a problem. It's kinda hard to swim every day in most climates. But thanks anyway.
