What kind of beverages do you all like? We've talked a lot about food, let's talk drinks!

Sodas? Coffee? Tea? Wine? Beer? What's your favorite?

Mostly Diet Mtn Dew these days and some beer on the weekends. And occasionally some other stuff.

Speaking of Hormel Chili I make a really fattening... I don't even know what to call it. I guess it's a dip?

So here's what you do, take a beanless Hormel Chili, the small cans, I usually use half a can but sometimes I use a whole one, just basically use your own discretion. Put it in a pot and heat it, once it gets warm to hot, put in one or two slices of cheese. I usually use american cheese. Stir until it's all melty and mixed together. Put it in a bowl. Now you can either use this as a dip for maybe tortilla chips or whatever but what I usually do is use Chili Cheese Fritos. Om nom nom.

The best thing I've ate in a while. The King 2 roll from the local hibachi place here in town.

That looks sooo good. :bigeye:

I'm right now obsessed with BoJangle's new chicken sandwich called the Sweet Cayenne Cajun Chicken Swndwich. It's amazing!

This thread is making me hungry lol.

I love Cajun food, especially Etoufee, Red Beans & Rice, Jambalaya, Gumbo, and anything with crawfish. There's also a Jewish / Middle Eastern restaurant closeby which has excellent gyro dishes and hummus:

You had me, then you lost me. The gyro looks amazing. Just not a hummus fan.

I've never had hummus before but always wanted to try it!
It's really, really good, especially with pita bread. =) You can also buy it at the store too I believe.

It does have a unique taste, so I can see why not everyone would favor it - just like feta cheese. I personally like it, but yeah don't eat it too often. Chicken and lamb gyro is awesome though.
