1. During the lunar eclipse, you can see the shape of the Earth on the Moon
2. Sunsets - sometimes, you can see the clouds lit from below, after the Sun is gone behind the horizon
3. You can see satellites or the ISS, if you time and position your telescope properly
Put some more effort to your reactions, this is not worthy of any detailed discussion.1. How ?
2. This doesn't mean that the earth orbits the sun.
3. No you can't.
In the North Cheshire Methodist circuit - which also includes 2 churches over the border in N Wales.Wow - Where do you preach ?
So then the sky is flat also?
Your question how the lunar eclipse works was explained to you at least 3 times by me alone

You are either childishly lying, trolling or you have some memory problems. Any of these makes you unsuited for online forums. No it hasn't.
Of course not. It means the earth is a rotating sphere. This doesn't mean that the earth orbits the sun

I am not doing any of these things, so nowhere.
No, I am stating it from my own observationsClaims your fairy tale tellers.
Why "should" it? Why does God have to describe things that would make no sense to peoples who had no telescopes, no means of travelling vast distances in a short time and no means of reaching high enough altitudes to witness the enormity of the globe? If the earth is a rotating sphere, the Bible should indicate towards a rotating sphere
and it doesn't need tobut it doesn't,
We've established that your interpretation of Scripture leaves a lot to be desired.the Bible instead indicates towards a level stationary earth.
Stop trolling.
The Bible is not a science textbook!Claims your fairy tale tellers.

Quite the opposite; I don't think you've been following this discussion.
You said, in post #1,448, that there is no mention in Genesis 1 of God creating a universe. I replied that there is also no mention of God creating our brain, spinal cord or nervous system; that doesn't mean they don't exist.
In post #1,454 you said that the creation accounts are in Genesis 1&2; "sounds like a creation account that is well documented." I repeated that the creation accounts do not go into detail, like how God created our brains, etc.
You then said, in post #1,457 that to get my creation account I had to go outside the Bible, which is like saying that Jesus isn't enough. Also I should explore Hinduism and Buddhism to get the whole of God's message. I repeated that the Bible isn't a science textbook and does not tell us everything. Later, you replied that science is a system of the world and you weren't sure why any believer would accept scientific beliefs about God's creation, post #1,492.
Now you are asking if I require God to give complete, intricate details about his creation before I believe him. Do I need him to explain the phases of the moon to me, etc?
Of course I don't. Genesis 1 says THAT God created the world; it gives no detail about how he did it.
Listen, all flat earth believers; I am a Christian - a born again, Spirit-filled child of God - who believes Genesis 1. The first chapter of the Bible tells us that God created the world, skies, seas etc. I believe that.
It does not tell us HOW he created it or give us details; it does not tell us the shape of the earth. That is not the purpose of the Bible. To find that out, you need to consult people who have taken the time to study such things, and who know.
DON'T jump to the conclusion that because I point out this obvious fact that I believe in evolution and doubt God's word. I read, study, believe and preach the Bible.
Just facts. Its a fact that we orbit around the sun, that we are in space and all other basic things. Thats why many churches (rather all churches) accept it.
Some few uneducated individuals who are unable to answer any real questions, living in their autistic conspiratorial bubbles, cannot change it.
Even if you do not understand math, elementary physics, the inspiration of the Bible, dismiss photos, videos and live streams from space and call many people who saw the globe liars, you can see that the Earth is not flat from our common experience.

2. Sunsets - sometimes, you can see the clouds lit from below, after the Sun is gone behind the horizon
3. You can see satellites or the ISS, if you time and position your telescope properly; Musk's satellites are actually becoming a problem for astronomers, because they are so many, bright and visible
There are many in the scientific community who reject evolution. Read a little on "intelligent design" if you want to learn more about these people. So you do not believe humans came about by God using evolution a scientific belief held by all of the scientific world.
A reflector is just as much a source of light as an emitter, but it will always be a lesser light than the emitter. Now God also states back up in Genesis 1 that God created two great lights and the stars also. But now there is no detail in this creation account also. but unlike the creation of man. You do not believe that God created the moon as a great light, even though that is stated in the verse. But now you resort to and believe what science states that the moon reflects the suns light and does not give off its own light. That God did not actually create a great light but a light reflector.
