Because they openly preach the Gospel while giving testimony to the globe earth. If you call their testimony about the earth a lie, then you call their Christian witness a lie.

You accuse them of faking, lying and fairy story telling. Even if you don't know they are telling the truth, you are still bearing false witness against them with your claims. And you are demonstrating a lack of a God-fearing attitude if you continue in your accusations, which is what you do every time you insist that the earth is flat.

I'm not disputing you believe what you say. I'm saying that what you say is bearing false witness against Christian astronauts, regardless of what you believe. They witnessed the globe shape earth with their own eyes. You were not there. They were. If you dispute their testimonies, you have to give eyewitness testimony to the earth being flat. You don't have that.

And I don't care if you believe what you say, a belief is not enough to counter eyewitness testimony, and so it falls under the category of "bearing false witness".

I really don't know why you treat their testimonies with such disdain and flippancy. They are standing for the Gospel. They are God's own, yet you treat them like dirt. I don't have respect for that.

I am not a heathen because I know the earth is a globe; I will not suddenly become more Christ-like if I say that it is flat. (Or a 40,0000 foot deep circle which is what you have said.)

God will not refuse to fill me with his Holy Spirit because of the shape of the earth.
The Holy Spirit makes me a child of God, Romans 8:16-17, not the shape of the earth.

But your replies are filled with statements without any logic or reason. You can't answer any points put back to you. You can't even answer why your own observation of the sun and moon as they rise look bigger, when they shouldn't according to any flat earth claims I have seen about them.

And until you either explain that observation in the context of flat earth or admit that it falsifies flat earth, then your claims are nothing.

Correct. If the earth is flat, and the vanishing point is true, then it should appear as a point of light at sunrise and gradually get bigger until (solar) noon, when it would look at its biggest, before gradually reducing in size again towards sunset.

But this is not what you have observed yourself.

We all know that the precise time of sunrise and sunrise depends on our location.
