When it comes to the Bible I read the KJV. The Ethiopian Bible is notable for its extensive canon, containing between 81 and 88 books, which is far more than the KJV which I have also read.

But those extra books needed for making a total of between 81 and 88, are not part of the inspired word of God.

But why? Do you count Maccabees, the Book of Jubilees, Baruch, etc as inspired Scripture? You often mention in your posts that certain words aren't scriptural, yet here you seem to be promoting whole books which aren't Scriptural.

It doesn't matter what version of the Bible you read, or what way you interpret its verses, or what extra books you read that are not in the KJV, or what videos you watch, the plain fact is that you have observed something which does not correspond to the earth being flat. You are an eyewitness to it. It's not just something you have heard somebody else saying but have never seen for yourself.

You have observed that the sun looks bigger at sunrise than it does at noon. That would mean that the sun gets smaller as it moves closer to you, if the earth is flat. So unless you can come up with a rational reason for that, or you can give examples as to other objects getting smaller as they move closer to the observer, such as a boat appearing on the horizon as a large object and then getting smaller as it makes its way toward the observer, the claims of flat earthers make absolutely no sense whatsoever.

It means that you are using the Scriptures incorrectly.

I think the firmament may be be made out of a kind of aerogel. Aerogel can crumble but scientist have over come this problem.

Exactly. Your observation that you mentioned earlier in the thread, that the sun appears large at sunrise and sunset than it does at midday, is something which just doesn't fit with the earth being a flat disc. So, in that instance, you are certainly "not an eyewitness to f/e," just as you say you are not.

Because if the earth is flat, then the sun should look smaller at sunrise than it is at noon. It's at its closest to the observer at noon. But you have observed the opposite.

Your own observation proves the flat earth model false. And if you keep insisting the Bible teaches flat earth, then you have to be wrong in your interpretation of it.

But I never claimed that I was an eye-witness of a flat earth. I have seen many things which I wouldn't have seen if the earth were flat, like the sun gradually disappearing at sunset, so before sunset we see the whole sun, then gradually less. We do not observe the sun getting smaller and smaller until eventually it is too small to be seen.
