When God said subdue the earth, he meant have power over all of the animals and the land because only we were created in his image and the value of one of us is greater than the land, animals, or angels. He didn't say to worship animals, the land, or the angels.
Spherical earth directly makes God's word a lie. Let God be true and every man a liar. When God says there are four corners of the earth, when there is a firmament, when the earth is immovable, when it is his footstool (while spinning??!!?)....I believe it literally....it's not a parable.
Man shall not make a graven image of things in heaven or on earth (this is unrelated to this topic but important). You have no proof of the things up above. All you have is God's word and man's cleverly lies. Who are you going to believe?

My area of expertise, besides what Mary gave me about God, and what I learned on the Bible, is in the area of Ion Implantation into things.
What I suspect is they used earth tides, and earth movements, relative to something like the north star, then verified it using the lunar landing, lunar launch from the moon, and now measurements taken from orbiting satellites around the moon.
I will try and find a simple explanation.

Yes people went to the moon.
I am checking on satellites around the moon, as I read so fast to try and find a simple explanation, that I might have messed up, earth satellites with moon satellites, being affected by the moons gravitational pull.
As far as for earth satellites, look up at the sky most evenings after dark, and you can see star like objects moving across the sky, in a northerly direction, that are not stars, and they are not planets, nor are they shooting stars.
So, yes, earth satellites are verifiable by most of us on a clear night.
