Yes & I'm not giving my interpretation, I can state word for word what is written in the Bible & understand it perfectly, can you ?
If so give me a passage where God says the earth is moving or where God didn't on the fourth day placed the sun, moon & the stars.
Either God placed the waters above or he didn't, which is it to be. ? And what exactly does God mean by the Firmament ?

It seems you do not understand what you are reading. Genesis is not written by God. Its not from His perspective or in His vocabulary.
Its from a perspective of an ancient Israelite looking up to sun, moon, stars from the ground. And from this perspective, it really looks like you are on a stable plain and there are lights above that move around you, like there are waters above you, being hold by some kind of a firmament etc.
Inspiration is not dictation. Bible is inspired regarding monotheism, regarding path of salvation and similar. Its not inspired as a science textbook and its not written or dictated by God.

No but he led Moses to write his words, word for word, how else would Moses have known about the heavens ?

You are indeed interpreting God's word to suit your very own unique beliefs.
God doesnt lie! God's creation is all around us. We live on it. It has and is being documented. The earth is a sphere. Evidence for that is MASSIVE!
Where is the real evidence for a flat earth? Why hasnt anyone taken a photo of the supposedly flat earth?
Everything in the Universe is sphere in shape.
God didnt create a flat earth. The Bible doesnt say the earth is flat.
Your word for word recital gives you 'YOUR' unique interpretation of something that is utter fantasy and false, a flat earth!!
