Perjury is a crime. Realistically, it would be up to federal prosecutors to decide if the evidence of her guilt would likely result in conviction. And if prosecution is worth the trouble.

But even if she wasn’t criminally prosecuted, I think Judge K. might have grounds to sue her in civil court for slander.

The part where he said that "Devil's Triangle" is a drinking game. He said that under oath, last week, in front of millions of people.

That was a lie.
