did anyone else see this TV series written by Joss Whedon (of Buff and Angel fame)?

It's so good ^^ but Fox axed it after one season.

however. there's going to be a film next spring

Indeed so, looking forward to that flick. Josh Whedon would appear to be a mighty fine storyteller, first he manages to tell two tales of modern fantasy at once, and then, all on a sudden, he's got a scifi Western going on. I've got to give points to someone who can take on such vastly different genres with equal skill. Plus, all three of the shows are pretty funny,

"You're afraid we'll suffocate, that we'll die gasping. But you don't have to be, that's not going to happen...We'll freeze to death first."

Awesome show. All of Joss' shows are awesome (it's always so hard for me to believe he's an athiest when he's obviously been given such a God Given Talent.) I still need to get Firefly on DVD.
