Finding time for prayer

'I shuts my eyes,as I sit in my chair. It's up with my apron and I'm at prayer' (Godly woman of old). How do you find time to pray?

I heard of a sailor who used to go up the mast-pole to pray!

I don't think it's a matter of finding time to pray. If it's that important you make time.

1 Thessalonians 5:16-18: 16 Rejoice always, 17 pray without ceasing; 18 in everything give thanks; for this is God's will for you in Jesus Christ.

Prayer can be a passing moment on your way to work, a few seconds on your lunch break, out walking your dog, eating your breakfast, doing yard work, etc.

I think a lot of people think of prayer too formally. It isn't always an on-your-knees in a quiet room business.

I kneel beside my bed in the morning and evening while I pray but I regularly pray throughout the day doing my day-to-day activities.

When I was at college,I used to pray in the toilet or in the woods because there was no privacy in the dormitory and yes,'PTL' is quite right we can pray anywhere at any time.

I have a room that I call my war room, it is a base really, then I pray also, as we all do, everywhere and at all times...

A fellow at Bible School,made it clear in His dormitory,that if his fellow students saw him with his jersey over his head,not to disturb him for He was praying!
