finding energy

Whew! First term is nearly finished and summer vacation is almost upon me. As my work load is lightening up, I'm finally catching up on some rest and doing somethings outside of work. The change has been very fast and very noticable.

So with renewed energy, I am looking forward to my first trip to church since Pascha

But that has me thinking. How can I find energy when my work schedule is so irratic and I have to spend 8 hours a week driving between classes (sometimes with just enough time to get to class)? Any one have any tips or tricks they'd care to share?

Coffee. Sleep. Water. Relatively healthy eating (i.e. fewer sugars, more pastas)

No to coffee, yes to regular exercise, yes to sleep. Really, it's better without coffee.

Heh, I guess I should change my siggy. I might get in one cup of coffee in the morning, after that I usually never get cup number two.

cannot be emphasized enough. A good run/lift will keep you energized better than any kind of sugar/caffeine combo

water, work out, eat right. also, since this is an Orthodox Christian forum, I would also say spending a little quiet time with Christ does wonders to still that inner man.
