Ok I dont get it. I just bought it - I have heard its amazing - but I started playing it and it is nothing like an RPG Ive ever seen.. so weird... like where are all the dragons and stuff?? Whats with Rikku's clothes? (If you call them clothes) Does it get better? Weigh in with your opinions of this game! Give me hope! I really have no idea whats going on (neither does my character) but I am on Besaid island and I just had the dream with Rikku and Yuna and my old man.

Sounds like you've just started. You'll get into it! It's got a pretty good story I think. I enjoyed it! I've only bothered to play through it once. Once I finished it, I found no need to play though it again. I did like it when I played it though. It kind of does the whole Matrix thing to you(is this for real, or is everything just an illusion?).

I just recently played through Metal Gear Solid 2. I've owned it for a couple of years, and just started playing it and finished it about a month ago! It did that whole Matrix thing too.

I'm assuming you said this part with an air of sarcasm? If not, perhaps you should try various games in the RPG genre to further expand you definition of the term.
