Scripture says;
1 John 1:3 (NASB)
what we have seen and heard we proclaim to you also, so that you too may have fellowship with us; and indeed our fellowship is with the Father, and with His Son Jesus Christ.
“That our fellowship is with the Father and with His Son Jesus Christ”
Are we, and do we really have fellowship with the Father and the Son. We as Christians are called to such a fellowship. This fellowship, this communication should be enlarging, growing becoming more real and controlling more of our lives. Whereby this communication should be conforming us more and more into the image of Christ. This fellowship of His Spirit and ours should by degree be taking over our life’s.
Scripture says;
2 Corinthians 13:5 (NASB)
Test yourselves [to see] if you are in the faith; examine yourselves! Or do you not recognize this about yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you unless indeed you fail the test?
We are called as Christian’s to test ourselves as to the faith. To the end result we would know that of a surety Christ is in us, and living His life in and through us. It is by this one and one fellowship with the Father and and the Son that this is realized. How often we are to “test ourselves” as to the faith one can only say, it should be a on going testing, moment by moment testing. Running all our doings by the Father and the Son. That we would know of a surety we indeed have fellowship with the Father and the Son.
Blessings to all that would seek after such a fellowship with the Father and the Son. That we would know of a surety that Christ, Who is in us, is our Hope of Glory, was of a surety living His life in and through us. To the end result we would walk in righteousness all the days of our life’s before Him in love. Blessings to all who’s heart cries out, for such a fellowship.
Much love in Christ, Not me
