The Florida Revival touched me and the Lord gave me this

THANK YOU JESUS
We praise and thank you Jesus for what you are doing in your people,
We thank you that you are raising an army of your people,
Who are not afraid to stand up and be counted for your name's sake,
And they will move through their lands their nations to take.

A people who will move in full Holy Spirit power,
Radical believers who will rise to the challenge of this hour,
And they will see many captives set free in you,
As they take the good news to the lost about you.

And as the fire of God consumes them heralding in a new day,
Onlookers will see the evidence of a new and better way,
For we will move in signs and wonders like never before,
As the people of God get hungry and thirsty for more.

Now the heavens are opening as we come seeking our Saviour,
And the glory of the Lord is descending down on our nations,
And we will see many healed and coming to salvation,
As they receive love, grace and mercy poured out from our dear Saviour.

For it is Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour who releases Kingdom power,
And He has been preparing the hearts of His people for this hour,
It is He who births in us the desire to see revival,
And he is humbling us now so we might give Him our all.

Zounds! A new thread! I can never keep up around here.

Well, hello, and hope that things are well with all of you. Life is busy at the moment and it's going to take more than a couple of days to catch up.

Went to California for a couple of days last week. Feel sorry for people who have to live there. Gas was $4.19 per gallon at one place in San Francisco. Everything else was expensive, too. Guess they have to pay well for people to afford to even breathe there.

We got a small flurry of snow on Saturday. Yes, snow. In April. Not enough to stick, and two hours later the sun came out. But it was one of those twilight zone experiences. Been having a few too many of those lately. (No, I'm not drunk, either.)

Lots on my mind, but need to clear my head and sort through my thoughts more coherently.

Anyway, hope everyone here has a good week.

Good morning everyone. How did the Sedars go? It was so exciting to watch everyone prepare for them. I'm not sure how many still have children in the house, but it's always so much fun to watch their discoveries and hear their questions. I know the Lord was singing and dancing over each and everyone of you who celebrated this festival.

Father God I celebrate the victory in this sisters life already!! Father God she will get to the place You have for her.. I pray she rests till that happens.. because with You there is no half measures.. Her healing is on the way.. because those who delight in the Lord.. You give to us the desires of our hearts!! Bless Your Holy name.. amen

Hello Too busy to be here........I've read all your posts, and am in prayer for all of you. Thank you for ministering to one another. Bear with me as these days are full.

Things to keep in prayer for me, if you are so inclined...
- My husband is recently unemployed. However, we are confident in the Lord's guiding Him onto the path He's prepared for him.
- His sister's mother-in-law went to be with the Lord yesterday. As far as we know she is with the Lord. Her oldest son, among all, will be affected the most. Keep all in prayer, for the comfort of the Holy Spirit.
- My son did not answer the Lord's call to play in the youth band at church. Ever since, he is gradually filled with more and more darkness. I resist this, for the seed of the righteous will be delivered, and he will be mighty on the earth.
- My son is going to be asked to move out due to his disrepesct for authority. We pray to be given utterance from the Lord for this confrontation.

Aside from all this, I have extra things on my plate this week. My daughter is testing 3 days this week, and I am assisting the procedure for the students in her age group for 2 of the days.

I am committed to write every day as the Lord has called me to. I won't be here on any given day unless I have done so first.

Good for you on sticking to your decision to write. It really does take discipline, I know.

Sorry to hear about your son. I was wondering about him recently. Maybe another opportunity will arise for him to use his talents. How old is he?

I can't speculate on whether asking him to move out would be a good call or not. All I can do is remember the situation that happened in my own (adopted) family when my brother and I were teenagers. My parents feared losing control, that something bad would happen to one of us. As a result, they tried to control too many things: where we went, who we associated with, etc. My brother resisted and rebelled big-time, much more than I did at the time (I was something of a loner anyway). It caused a great deal of tension in the family and, in the end, both my brother and I ended up getting into things far worse than our parents could have imagined.

But, that's just my story.

Please Cindy.. make sure that you keep fellowship with others who are believers.. this fellowship is so important in these days.. wether it be here or else where.. Apart from being directed by God and worshipping Him and putting Him first.. our family through God is next on the list.. We must pray and support one another and remain together to stand strong..
God bless you.. and may love guide you.. It is so hard not to reject those who reject us.. but God did not come for the healthy but for the sick.. Jesus sat with sinners.. and His love drew them to Himself and they were changed forever more..

This really spoke to me..

I am sitting here getting annoyed at all the wonderful messages.. revelations.. prophetic words.. music etc.. that many are given.. but they immediately write a book and charge you to buy it?? Or they hold a conference in one place and charge you to hear.. Or it is in one place you cannot get too..

I want to search for food.. to eat and be satisfied.. manna from heaven.. but where and how.. it takes ages and I cannot.. it is not easy to come by.. with earthly goods we cannot buy because it is out of our reach.. too many.. too expensive.. too far away.. not here.. and now.. and we groan because we feel that we are missing out.. it makes us sad and depressed.. angry and frustrated.. Instead we should be joyful.. praising and happy for those who are being fed!! But it creates more of a longing and yearning then ever before..

But then your scripture came.. God gave to us His Son.. will He not freely give to us all (other) things.. YES!

Father God I am sorry.. please forgive me.. Thank You for giving us Your Son.. Father we have the greatest treasure in the world.. Help us to be satisfied with You alone.. but please Lord show to us all the other things You have for us that we do not yet have.. teach us by Your Spirit and I pray that the poor and hungry in Spirit are fed by Your hand.. the words and visions only You can give if they are for us.. we want them.. The music and sounds that lift us to Yourself and drowns out the devil and the world who is screeching and screaming in our ears.. Father to see Your glory and Your face.. to know Your love and Your words .. Father we desire what You can only give and we wait expectantly upon You.. to feed us and well up inside to overflow by the Spirit.. rivers of life and light and hope.. Your desires in us and for us.. Father I pray for those who are given that they give freely as You do also.. so that Your glory flows more then the evil ones floods the world with evil.. For heaven is our home.. and angels are servants to the most High and we are children of the Kingdom which has come today here and forever more.. amen
