Prayers wanted for my husband and I, the Lord moved me out of work to full time Christian work a year ago , now he is moving Raymond out too, he gave a months notice at work on Friday. He told his boss he was leaving to preach the gospel wherever the Lord sends him. So we are going to be living by faith. Pray we will be totally obedient to the Spirit's leading in all of this.
Whew! It certainly has changed around here! I'm glad the Word of the Lord has not changed.I miss our characters. I miss the rep giving and quick contact. And then there's the getting use to a new system.
Again, I'm glad the Word of the Lord has not changed!
The Lord has promises good to those who trust in Him.
What has the Lord said to you? What has He shown you in His Word? What has He spoken to your heart? What is the prophetic word that was spoken over you?
God's Word does not fail. Has He not spoken? Will He not perform his Word?
Stand in faith, and having done all, stand.
Abraham waited long for the promised son. He even messed up along the way, taking his wifes servant to lay with her to gain the promised son. This was not the son God had promised him. Several more years passed. Yet, Abraham believed God and was not moved by unfavorable circumstances. He did not stagger at the promises of God, but hoped when there seemed to be no hope. He was persuaded that God would keep his Word. He knew the one in whom he believed.
Romans 4:18 Who against hope believed in hope, that he might become the father of many nations, according to that which was spoken, So shall thy seed be.
19 And being not weak in faith, he considered not his own body now dead, when he was about an hundred years old, neither yet the deadness of Sarah's womb:
20 He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God;
21 And being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform.
What has God said to you? Wait for it. Hold fast. Though it tarries, do not be dismayed. Do not lose heart. Do not lose sight of what the Lord has said but keep His Word and He will certainly perform it.
