an apple mid morning
grilled chicken with a salad for luch
a protein shake mid afternoon
grilled seafood with a salad for supper
drinking a gollon of water throughout the
day

leaving off snack food like chips and dip . . .

Very hard to give up, but when my doctor
told me I had to, I started praying and
asking GOD to show me how and I am
