Feeling low.

Nothing major but still low. Lack of appetite (always the first to go) eating only once a day. Losing interest in my appearence (always second to go) IE I look like crap lately. That never helps booster ones self. HOpe it passes soon. Feeling really blah.

Yeah I've been in therapy for 4 years solid now. It helps also take meds they also help. Sometimes I just feel low. ATleast it isn't a horrible paralyzing low it used to be and I do credit the thepary and the meds for that.

Update, been thinking and watching what is going on with me. I think I"m actually suffering from being anemic. When I get anemic, I loose my apetite. I get very tired and my hair starts falling out. And usually I get a bit depressed. I think this is more the case w/ me than a bipolar episode. I hate being anemic it's exhausing. So I guess it's iron iron iron for a while.
