Favourite Anime Battle

What's your favourite anime battle?
Really, anything goes. Basically, any form of conflict which took the centre stage in an episode (or movie).

I really liked the charge of the forest kami in Mononoke Hime..

This is going to sound kind of crazy, but I really love the spiff between Asuma and the nine ninja of Sound in the latest episode of the Naruto Anime. It's short, and there's not much ninjutsu going on, or any form of super powers..it's just one really awesome guy beating the poopi out of some bad dudes, using little knuckle knives. I'm an asuma fan..what of it? Heheheh.
I also liked the Shikamaru vs. Temari battle. Because Shikamaru is so great.

I’m probably the only one here who has seen this, but the one that comes to mind is from The Hakkenden. When Shino is framed for attempting to assassinate the Shogun he ends up fighting all the guards to try to escape the palace, though he is thrashing his sword with pure panic he was able to kick some royal guard!! Then they release the prisoner Genpachi to stop Shino from escaping, they battle it out on the rooftops. What a wild battle! Just as they are to exchange the final blow lightning strikes between which splits the building in half and they tumble down to the river below and unconsciously float away. There are many really cool battles in The Hakkenden, that one just stuck out for some reason.

Although D. vs. Link in Bloodlust is good too.

The Vicious (am i the only one who wants to say that 'bicious?' lol) v. Spike is amazing. I especially like the fight leading up to it, with all the shooting and stuff. Only thing I don't like is how short their actual battle is, and how little actual..battling there is.

there're several.. the fight between Shikamaru and Temari in "Naruto", Naruto vs Garra just right after the finals...

Kenshin vs his master in the episode in which his master teaches him the final technique in "R. Kenshin."

many others in "Get Backers", can't be specific since i only remember vaguely the awesome battles in it.

There are quite a few that I like but the first one that comes to mind is from Kenshin. When he fights Saitoh.

Just Kenshin fighting most of the tougher bad guys. Oh and Yuusuke and his gang fighting in the tournaments in Yu Yu Hakusho those were some awesome battles.

Hands down, the battle between Max and Miria from the original Macross televsion series.

Any of the fights that Hiei is in... Most of his battles are pretty short but they're always sweet!

Both the battles between Subaru and Seishiro from X TV series

Both the battles between Son Gokuu and Vegeta

I love Rurouni Kenshin. My favorite fights are:

1. Kenshin vs. Aoshi (in Kyoto)

2. Kenshin vs. Saito

3. Kenshin vs. Soujiro

4. Kenshin vs. Aoshi (in Tokyo)

The fight with Shishio was okay, but it was wierd at the end...

Vash vs that fat machine guy in the 'Diablo' episode. heh heh, vash got pretty mad. stuck that gun right into fatty's eye, he did. lol

Has been renowned as one of the greatest fighting scenes in Anime history

Gohan SSJ2 versus perfect cell... the most fascinating moment of dragonballz...atleast for me....oh and GOku SSJ versus perfect frieza....that was realy long fight ..LONG LONG >>>FIGHT.....belive me
