That sounds like a good workout. My three main exercises are pull-ups/chin-ups, overhead lifts, and triceps robe pull-downs. I need to do more cardio. But I like the stair climber when I do.
I LOVE the overhead lift (or military press), very underrated! I need to do more cardio myself, I get lazy and count heavy bag work as cardio instead of running, but I do throw some burpees in for a challenge.

Barbell rows.

Very rewarding lift.
Honestly, any back workout would have to be my favorite, barbell rows are just a great lift. Pull-ups, rows, deadlifts = THE back workout.

My favorites are burpees and plank-ups. Actually, planks of any kind!
I was waiting for someone to say burpees because they are both awesome and infuriating at the same time, especially if you're near the end of weighted lifts, it's just a "grind-it-out" exercise, but a great one to do HIIT workouts with. And of course, planks are just universal! Those two actually sound like a staple for a core workout.

I do a 10min HITT 2-3 times a day and the rest I do cardio and one day of rest. 24 hour rest in between cardio, I should add.
10 min HIIT 2-3 times a day AND cardio? Yikes, I'd have my face in the trashcan halfway through that (if that), great routine!

lol! I was thinking, "This has to be one of the most athletic people I've ever heard of, are we talking olympics?!" Still, 2-3 HIIT sessions per week plus cardio is a monster of a routine!

Yikes, you ripped your obliques?! I've torn some back ligaments, but the side muscles?! It would hurt to laugh:fearscream: that would be the worst part! (and the excruciating pain of course.)

Sure did, I'm afraid :muahah: Though the pain part was very sporatic early on. It started when I was 15 (I was very athletic competing against schools). I didn't really take notice until it was happening more frequently. I asked my mom to take me to see the family doctor, but she gave me this journal instead... so when I was 21 I went myself, but was turned down twice to see a specialist. I thought it was because I wasn't explaining it right, so I made sure the 3rd time I saw the doctor. She then took my word for it and sent me to a physiotherapist! XD

Sure enough, I had pillars of scar tissue in my sides. It's definitely managable, but let's just say I know what it feels like to be in labour without any kids of my own... XD XD

Sheesh! I mean, you can't argue that a journal is better than a doctor right? Lol, bad joke, that sounds like a world of hurt. Wait, so you still have pain from it? It hasn't fully healed/they haven't corrected it?

Lol!! It's ok.
It was a world of hurt because I didn't fully know what was going on, so it was just getting worse as I grew. Until I saw that specialist, of course.

yeah I still have problems with it at times, I just have to be careful not to trigger it and my workouts to be done carefully. I'm recommended to work out to keep the muscles from building up in scar tissue. There's really nothing to correct, I don't think scar tissue can be. Just managed as far as I know. The good thing is I haven't had to take any medication for a very long time now to manage it. Just proper rest. :ebil:
