For me it's a tie between the story of the "Prodigal Son"
(Luke 15:11–32) and the "Good Samaritan" (Luke 10:25-37)! I can't decide between the two. "Prodigal Son" reminds me that no matter what, God never leaves us and we can always come back to Him (hence, the fact that my youth group leader calls me the Prodigal Daughter, because I left Christianity and came back). I've always liked the "Good Samaritan" (since I was 5), because the Good Samaritan showed such kindness toward the injured man. I like it more now because of the irony it shows. Those who were expected to help (the Priest and the Levite) didn't, but someone who the injured man despised (the Samaritan) helped him. That's totally cool - and totally unexpected.

Pride is what defeated Cain. Don't allow pride of life to put murder in your heart. Sin(pride) is like a lion waiting to destroy you.

I agree it is very hard to pick. Scripture is alive and so wonderful. But this passage has a special place in my heart. It is my testimony in a nutshell.
