Father's Day

Okay Dad's, we all know that Father's Day is coming up. The question is, instead of your child fiving you chocolate or some new toolset what is it that you really want? What would make a good gift? I'm 16 years old and want to give my Dad something that he will actually LIKE this year.

What day is fathers Day in Austrailia?

I am not a dad, but my dad loves personalized stuff. Stuff we make him or if we have a special day planned for just the two of us, or just his kids (My brother and me and my husband). He also likes it hwne we ay attention to what he likes. This year, I think I got him a Led Zepplin or a BB king shirt from the mall, he LOVED it because he loves those artists. I think he also spoile dhimself with gutair stuff.

Stuff that isn't the ordinary is great I think. At least that is what My dad likes.

My husband loves tools. That's exactly what he would want- not every guy would though. He is an industrial mechanic. Sometimes we give DVD's. Does he have any hobbies?

Yeah, my dad has requested tools before.

My dad's hobbies... it's so sad that I don't actually know them. He never really seems overly interested in anything. He's a quieter man. He works at odd hours so when he is home he spends a lot of that time sleeping. He used to play tennis and he likes some movies. Oh actually, he likes old music, maybe I could get him a CD of the 60's-80's or something?

i know my dad loves it when he used to get pictures of me. depends really. id allways suggest something personal like a picture youve done. or maybe what would be really nice is spending the money on going out together and doing something, nothing really beats spending quality time with him.

Father's Day, by the way, is on the 4th of September this year for the Southern Hemisphere.

The Northern Hemisphere had theirs on the 19th of June this year.

But everyday should be Father's Day. Everyday should be Mother's Day. Everyday should be Kid's day or Children's day. Everyday should be Friends, Cousins, Relatives, Grandparents day. It's just love!

Maybe you could give him a kiss, a hug, maybe thank him for his efforts!
