falling in love with God

does anyone feel sometimes that they are falling in love with Christ? The last two weeks have been very personal for me, and I feel like I am more in love than I have ever been, and it's not with anyone in particular, it's with Christ?

Sure Wonder111, listen im 41 and since the age 21 my love and passion for Jesus has grown yeay by year. I dont know how it feels for a woman but for me its very much an emotional thing, and a deep burning in the heart that makes you ache for Him. Its really good to read of this happening to you Wonder111. You know this in love with God is the one thing that makes life worth living.. so just enjoy it with all your heart and let God fill even more.. blessings on you ... Fm John

thanks John, I always 'thought' I knew what it was, but there is no limit to His love and is by far beyond our understanding!

I was worried that, my relationship with God wasn't what it should be, til I recieved my first Holy Eucharist (Last Saturday), I think now, it is going to get better, because I have a desire to receieve Jesus in the Eucharist. I think this will strengthen me, and help me to love God more. So, I pray that it will.

I dont quite know what the Recieving Jesus in the Eucharist is, I dont think that the bible says we should do that ..but it does say We receive Jesus by FAITH, and experience Him daily at home or work school. To love God is like a relationship on earth, we get to know the person by spending lots of time with them (not just church) and then we learn worship and fall in lOve with God and Jesus ( Father & Son)
If you want to love God READ and read you bible, get alone with Him and seek His face... the joy will soon come and you will see by faith Jesus and noe else.

Recieving Jesus in the Eucharist is, when you take Communion. Jesus is truly present in the Eucharist, that is what I meant, reread my post.
