Falling, hurting, and geting up

Well lets see...we all have our problems and failures. That much I do know. Still...I think every born again man or woman has this indwelling pain in them. It is a pain of sin. It is what Paul spoke of when he said "it is no longer I that does it but sin that dwels in me."

The problem is, the pain can take hold on a person. I suppose it is good to confess our sins and forget them.

"Forgeting those things which are behind I press towards the mark...."

LOL, hard to forget and press on sometimes isn't it. I know it is for me. Does anyone know a good way to get up and brush yourself off?

I square up take it on the chin, take my leave, express my grief, ask forgiveness, and ask God to give me the strength when I have none left to walk with Christ.

Sounds about the way I have to do it. It's funny how what we can hate so much, can dwel on the inside of us. But then...thats what the resurection is all about isn't it lol. As it is said, "I shall be satisfied when I awake with your likeness."

We indeed do wait for a better day. But untill then, The mercy of God is new every day. We must trust in what He has already done. I am glad Jesus has gone to the father. It is because of that the blood covers all.

Indeed many times I have suffered bruises and scrapes on the chin, but Christ heals me and makes me right again. If it were not for the Grace of God sometimes I honestly do not think I could suffer the punishment

Ask God to forgive us of our sins. Forgive those we hurt. Put are relationship with God first in our lives, and love him with all our heart. Only then can we have peace.
