“I think the president gets wrongly blamed for most of the increase in gas prices,” Patrick De Haan, head of petroleum analysis at the real-time fuel-pricing app GasBuddy, told Fortune. “Much of why we’re paying higher prices today has less to do with Biden and more to do with COVID, Russia, and other issues.”
4 reasons high gas prices aren’t Joe Biden’s fault—and one critical way he’s adding to the problem
Joe's war on fossil fuel continued as the price of gas kept increasing. People pleaded with him to roll back the excessive regulations he had imposed and to allow the drilling and pipelines to continue. Then there was Joe's gaffe on Ukraine, indicating the U.S. would allow a Russian incursion. Joe was told that supplying Europe with the abundance of fossil fuels the U.S. has would have cut off Putin's source of income. Again he won't budge. Joe and the elite Democrats aren't bothered with the inflation, they can afford electric cars, just like the can afford protection against the crime wave they have launched. They propose to spend their way out of inflation, which is just the opposite of what needs to be done.

What regulation specifically can the president unilaterally do away with?
What pipeline?
as for drilling Biden has approved 34% more drilling permits than Trump did.

How does rolling out a litany of random right wing talking points evidence that the linked article is fake?

I mean, we all know that there's lots of right wing propaganda trying to fool people into thinking that Biden turned the giant-presidential-knob-o-gas-prices the day he was sworn in, but how does the existence of that propaganda suddenly make thoughtful analysis of the situation fake?
