Micah 6:8 (NASB)
He has told you, O man, what is good;
And what does the Lord require of you
But to do justice, to love kindness,
And to walk humbly with your God?
Christianity isn't a religion of "what to do" but "who to be". Unlike pagan religions which require a set of achievements before we're considered worthy, Christianity and Christ require only one thing from us, faithfulness. The service we render unto the Lord and humanity overflows from that faithfulness and not the other way around.
