Both posts 176 and 178 are fools errands for a faithful person to engage.

Same with the so-called "research" into prayer.

Nothing fails like prayer.

More special pleading. Imagine if Newton or Einstein tried resorting to this fallacy.

God doesn't carry Christians against our will into His Kingdom, either.

It is demonstrable that humans are capable of deception, self-deception, or deception by others.

Scientific methodology is just a means of sorting out possible deception from what is demonstrable, and make accurate predictions based on what is learned.

The JRef isn't even adhering to the typically strict protocols of scientific research. They will work with the applicant to establish the targets that can be agreed upon.

Elio said he could demonstrate it. Did he think I would set the bar lower than the JRef?
